Commissions
If you are interested in commissioning a bespoke piece of artwork for your home, please email alison@lunarglass.co.uk and Alison will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
Depending on the size and complexity of your design, the whole process can take around 1 month to complete. From the end of October until December, new commissions will be started from mid January due to festive shows.

These characterful pugs are on a freestanding curve measuring 30cm across and 22cm high. They are produced from hand cut coloured glass, glass powders for shading, and then painted by hand using traditional stained glass painting techniques. They are depicted sitting in the grass which is made up from transparent textured green glass along with a few little flowers.
If you are interested in a commission depicting your pet then you will need to provide a number of clear high quality photographs for Alison to capture their unique character.
A trio of abstract wood mounted pieces in blues, greens, a little gold and blue bubble details. These were designed to sit in 3 lit alcoves in the clients home to match their colour scheme along with the aged oak wooden beams in the room.
These pieces have been made using both opaque and transparent glass. This gives the glass multiple dimensions.

A cheeky tortoise making a beeline for her favourite food! This wood mounted piece depicts the clients pet tortoise, hand cut from coloured glass and carefully painted by hand using traditional kiln fired stained glass paint to bring out the details.
